BSO Presents Tchaikovsy & Friends

On January 19th, the Brevard Symphony Orchestra takes to the main stage at the King Center For The Performing Arts with a diverse program sure to delight audiences of all ages. This mid-season program features fan favorites including Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 1; Strauss, Jr.'s On the Beautiful Blue Danube Waltz; and Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnol. The concert also features pianist Ani Gogova playing the ultra-romantic 1st Piano Concerto by Tchaikovsky - her first appearance with the Orchestra. Highlighting the concert will be the regional premiere of music by acclaimed video game composer Austin Wintory - his Nascence and Apotheosis from Journey. This concert also marks the beginning of the BSO's matinee series. Two performances offered at 2:00pm and 8:00pm.

Patrons are also invited to join Maestro Confessore in the main theater before the performance for Concert Conversations with Christopher Confessore. This fun, insightful, interactive chat begins approximately 40 minutes before the performance. For an up close experience, main floor seating is open to all at this time.

For tickets, call the King Center Box Office at (321) 242-2219 or purchase online at www.brevardsymphony.com.
