Death! and the act of the living at Dixon Place

Michel de Montaigne once said, ‘To practice death is to practice freedom. A man who has learned how to die has unlearned how to be a slave.’ This show takes Montaigne’s fearless perspective into the theater. We invite the audience to journey with us on an exploration of life’s ultimate reality: death. Through movement, music, text, and humor, we awaken the audience and ask them to reconsider mortality.
