By:

Writer/Actress KIMLEIGH SMITH proudly announces together with Director Paula Killen that their award-winning production of Smith's one-woman show, "T-O-T-A-L-L-Y!" will be featured at the 2010 New York International Fringe Festival in New York City - playing August 13-29 at Dixon Place (161A Chrystie Street). Smith recently performed her show at the Orlando Fringe Festival where she won the George Wallace Fabby Award and was ranked among the top ten of the 75 shows in the festival. "T-O-T-A-L-L-Y!" also ran at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, June 17-27, winning the top two honors among a field of more than 200 shows, and earned a coveted "GO" from LA Weekly's Steven Leigh Morris.

"...thanks entirely to Smith's superhuman vivacity, her blistering sense of humor...(T-O-T-A-L-L-Y! is)...among the best." - Steven Leigh Morris, LA Weekly

"Kimleigh Smith is a powerful, sexual, important performer...I admire her bravery, her acceptance of her past and the way she can kick her legs to Jesus as if she were a bendy doll." - Mark Baratelli, TheDailyCity.com

The autobiographical one-hour show takes the audience through a journey that is uplifting, heartbreaking, and powerful as they witness the story of Smith as a young cheerleader transform into a powerful woman who embraces her inner superhero, reclaims her sexuality and lives as a whole, healthy woman who cheers for life! Writer/Actress Kimleigh Smith exclaims, "You must be willing to sacrifice who you are for what you want to become. That's what "T-O-T-A-L-L-Y" is really all about." The show is directed by Paula Killen and recently played to sold-out crowds in Orlando and Los Angeles.

"T-O-T-A-L-L-Y!" performances play WED AUG 18 at 10PM, MON AUG 23 at 6PM, THURS AUG 26 at 7:45PM, FRI AUG 27 at 3:45PM, and SAT AUG 28 at 1:45PM.
