Millennial Voices Meets The Stage With Two New Original Productions Coming Soon At The Producers Club

Nicole Vukov actress and founder of NV Productions announces two exiting new projects coming soon to stage in New York City. Highlights & Shadows and The Immigrant Story Of A Millennial Dream. NV PRODUCTIONS is a theater Production Company that is all about creating meaningful and original content to put out for people to see. This theater company is not like any other, it's goal is to produce and bring a relatable and millennial perspective to each new project. Wanting to bring the voice of this generation to stage by pushing the boundaries and telling stories that are always kept behind closed doors. Bringing to light arguments and themes that have been normalized in modern day society. NV PRODUCTIONS is ready to break boundaries within the theater community.

"I decided to create NV Productions because I felt that there are many stories out there that still haven't found it's platform and should have the chance to be told. I found this to be the right time to announce these new projects because as a young woman in this industry and being part of this young generation I felt very empowered by the acts of change and movements that have been happening in the last year and I am ready to speak up in my own way and that is through the arts," as described by Nicole Vukov.

NV Productions presents it's first original one act play Highlights & Shadows, about three young Millennial girls. Navigating the ins and outs of what it is to be a girl in this generation. It's not just a girly story it's more than that. It explores the themes of mental burden, sex and consequence. It questions the term "It's fine, I'm fine" and highlights conversations that girls keep behind closed doors. Highlights & Shadows is a lighthearted play with a strong message to the core and wants to open that conversation. Nicole Vukov, Julia Fisk and Alessandra Edgar play the lead roles of this production, co-written by all three girls. This production will be presented at The Producers Club on May 3rd. The first showing will be at 7pm and the second at 9pm.

NV Productions will follow up Highlights & Shadows with another original production called The Immigrant Story Of A Millennial Dream. An Original One-Woman Show that tells the story of a young immigrant girl trying to purse her millennial dream. What is a millennial dream you may ask? It's whatever you want it to be. It's an homage to the American Dream as the millennial generation tries to define what the American Dream means to them. This story is just one of the many with a twist. "It all started with a key", she said. Written, directed and starring Nicole Vukov. This show will also be performing at The Producers Club May 10th & 17th at 8pm. Tickets will be available soon.
