Tribute artist Athena Reich stars as Lady Gaga in #ARTBIRTH, an outrageous evening of art and pop. It will be presented February 13 & 27 and March 13 & 27 at Laurie Beechman Theatre.

LADY GAGA: #ARTBIRTH combines vaudevillian comedy with ARTPOP outrageousness. The premise is that Lady Gaga is pregnant and she has decided to give birth in front of her most devoted fans -- the ultimate performance art piece. Athena Reich is a crowd favorite who's received acclaim from "little monsters" and even Gaga herself. The concept behind Pregnant Gaga was birthed when Athena starting undergoing infertility treatments and wondered, "What if Gaga was pregnant?"

Athena Reich is a comic actress who won Best Comedy Improv on YTV (Canada) with judge Eugene Levy. She is an advanced student at the Upright Citizen's Brigade and can be seen performing at UCB, The Pit and The Magnet. Recent credits include White Collar, "An Evening with Donald Kempinski" (Little Fella Films) and "I Hope They Serve Beer on Broadway". She is co-writer/performer in Hush: Inside the Waiting Womb, which played at the Hudson Theater in LA, and the Player's Club in NYC. Athena Reich has been performing as a Lady Gaga Impersonator at theaters and events since 2010. Her 90 minute tribute show, "We Are All Superstars", (featuring a cast of dancers) premiered in February 2014 at the Arcadia Theater in Windber, PA. LADY GAGA: #ARTBIRTH runs Fridays, February 13 & 27, March 13 & 27 at 10pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre inside West Bank Cafe (407 West 42 Street at 9th Avenue). Tickets are $20.
