The York Shakespeare Company presents EuGene O'Neill's LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT at the Lion Theater (410 West 42nd Street) Friday, May 28 - June 12.  Show times are 8PM with matinees Saturday at 2PM and Sunday at 3PM.  There is an additional performance Tuesday, June 8 at 7PM.  Tickets are $18 and are available online at www.TicketCentral.com or by calling 212-279-4200.  Tickets may also be purchased in-person at the Theatre Row Box Office, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Working in the classical Actor-Manager system, Seth Duerr directs and performs in EuGene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical drama about a family addicted to drugs, alcohol, and hurting one another. The action covers a fateful day in their lives at their New England summer home in 1912. Drunken confessions and scathing humor in an escalating cycle of addiction and dysfunction, groping in the darkness to find their way back home.

The production stars Bill Fairbairn* (Theatre Row: King Lear) as Tyrone, Rebecca Street* (The Young & The Restless) as Mary, Seth Duerr* (The Acting Company: Ahab in Moby Dick - Rehearsed) as Jamie, Alexander Harvey (The York Shakespeare Company: The Merchant of Venice) as Edmund & Julie Jesneck* (Broadway: Rock ‘N' Roll) as Cathleen.

The production features scenic design by Stephen K. Dobay, costume design by Sean Sullivan, and lighting design by Driscoll Otto. John D. Ivy is the sound designer, Ehren Ziegler is the graphic designer, and Angie McCormack is the production stage manager.

Running time is 2 hours 45 minutes including one ten-minute intermission.
