ONE FUNNY MOTHER to Conclude Smash Off-Broadway Run in 2017

The producers of the hilarious Off-Broadway solo comedy, One Funny Mother, written, performed and starring comedian Dena Blizzard, have announced today the smash hit will conclude its amazing run on Saturday evening, January 7, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street, between 8th & 9th Avenues) where performances began March 30, 2016.

"It's been a dream come true and after nine months Off-Broadway it's time to bring my baby home," shared Dena Blizzard. "We will continue touring the show around the country and will be expanding the show to overseas markets, as well." She concluded with, "I wrote this show during the most difficult years of raising three kids under five and to have achieved the success I've had helping women laugh at the joys of motherhood has been a highlight of my career (especially since it got me out of making dinner every night)."

One Funny Mother stars comedian, former Miss New Jersey, and married mother of three, Dena Blizzard, in her hilarious solo comedy show about the trials and tribulations of motherhood and marriage. One Funny Mother has toured the United States and was recently named "Best One Woman Show" at the 2015 United Solo Festival in New York City. Producers are ID Producing Group, Fern Kershon and Diana Querubin.

One Funny Mother plays the following performance schedule through January 7, 2017: Thursdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 8:00pm.
