Labyrinth Theater's EMPANADA LOCA, Starring Daphne Rubin-Vega, Opens Tonight

Aaron Mark's EMPANADA LOCA starring Daphne Rubin-Vega opens tonight, October 21, at Labyrinth Theater Company's Bank Street Theater (155 Bank Street) in the West Village and runs through November 8, 2015.

The world premiere of EMPANADA LOCA, written and directed by Mark, follows Dolores (Rubin-Vega), a woman now living deep under Manhattan in an abandoned subway tunnel. Inspired by the legend of Sweeney Todd, EMPANADA LOCA is a thrilling new one-woman play about an indomitable woman who knows that in this dog-eat-dog world only one rule matters: eat or be eaten.
