Labyrinth Theater Company Remembers Ed Vassallo

The Labyrinth Theater Company released a statement this afternoon on the passing of Company and Board Member Ed Vassallo.

The theater wrote: "It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of Company and Board Member Ed Vassallo. A Labyrinth Company member since 2008, Ed was a vital part of our community and family. As an artist, mentor, educator, and friend, his passion for theater and his loving and compassionate nature was and will always be a source of inspiration to us all. Our hearts go out to his family at this time."

In addition to his work with the Labyrinth, Vassallo appeared in the 2006 revival of Awake and Sing! on Broadway. He also starred on the big screen in Keep the Lights On, The Deep and Dreamless Sleep and War of the Worlds. His TV credits include appearances on Person of Interest, Fringe, As the World Turns, The Sopranos, Law & Order and more.
