TJ & Dave, Chicago's award-winning long-form improv artists, return to New York in March for three special performances at The Barrow Street Theatre. The Second City veterans TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi will serve up three late-night shows, Friday, Saturday March 28 & 29 at 10PM, and Sunday March 30 at 9PM.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in advance via Telecharge -- by phone at (212) 239-6200, or online at www.telecharge.com, or at The Barrow Street Theatre box office, 27 Barrow Street (corner of Bleecker and 7th Avenue).

TJ & Dave were named the 2006 Improvisers of the Year at The Chicago Improv Festival, and they received two consecutive New York Nightlife Awards (for unique comedy) in 2006 and 2007.

For more than four years TJ & Dave once weekly shows are still the hot ticket at Chicago's ImprovOlympic.  They are considered the current gold standard of improv in Chicago, a city famous for producing some of the best of the genre.  Since September 2006 producers Scott Morfee and Tom Wirtshafter have supported their work here New York (a city less hospitable to improv than Chicago), helping to popularize their work and develop a loyal local following. In fact The Barrow Street Theatre is now a hotbed of literate unscripted theatre since it is also the home of Two Men Talking an improvised account of a friendship between two openly gay, Jewish, white South Africans.
