Two New York City icons, the FDNY and The Flying Karamazov Brothers, are joining forces to spread the word about fire safety.   They will team up this month to rehearse and shoot a public service announcement which will feature uniformed firefighters and costumed Flying Karamazov Brothers.

Founding FKB and current cast member Paul Magid wrote the music video using the FDNY's own fire safety tips.  It will feature original music, lyrics, choreography, and fire-juggling, and will be shot over two days at The Minetta Lane Theatre and at the elegant brownstone of the show's executive producers.

The Flying Karamazov Brothers are an award-winning, long-running gaggle of long-haired, kilt-and-tutu-wearing, fire-juggling fake Russian brothers who can't fly. The FDNY, one of New York's most iconic organizations, wear more dignified uniforms, and save lives.

THE Flying Karamazov Brothers are currently playing at off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre (18 Minetta Lane, NYC) in an open-ended engagement of their eponymous hit show.
