AXELROD CONTEMPORARY BALLET THEATER - Axelrod Performing Arts Center Non Equity Auditions

AXCBT is hiring for company positions! We are looking for professional male dancers with a strong ballet and contemporary background and a commitment to our core values of education, community, and inclusion.

Audition is invite-only. Please send in a headshot, resume, and video reel to Lindsay Jorgensen (lindsay@axelrodartscenter.org) with the subject line: 2021 Audition. Form fitting attire is required. Audition will include company class, partnering, and learning AXCBT repertoire.

LOCATION: AXCBT Studios at Bell Works (101 Crawfords Corner Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733). Please bring a copy of your resume upon arrival.

Available contracts run September– December 20, 2021 and include performances in October (weekend of October 23-25), November (pop-up performances), and December (Nutcracker). Contracts also include community engagement and teaching opportunities with AXCBT. All rehearsals are held at Bell Works, dancers must be comfortable commuting to New Jersey.
