The Ten Tenors head to New Zealand in October 2013 for a special ‘Mum's The Word' Tour.
The brand new show includes all of the most requested songs the boys have ever performed as well as the most requested songs they haven't! Audience favourites including Hallelujah, Miserer, Nessun Dorma, Ave Maria and modern mash-ups of Michael Jackson, Elton John, Queen and much more.
Mum's the Word will see the TEN return with a new live band and a spectacular new stage set.
Producer D-J Wendt enthused, "Who doesn't love their mum? This tour is our way of saying thanks for everything our mums have done for us, which largely goes unsung - no pun intended!"
The exclusive New Zealand tour is the only New Zealand tour planned until 2015, due to heavy international commitments with the double platinum world tour. It follows groundbreaking achievements in 2010-2012. Not only were 'The TEN' gaining new audiences all over the world but also some famous new friends. The TEN appeared on Oprah and performed at the EUAFA Euro 2012 Opening in Warsaw in front of a live audience of 65,000 people, and a TV audience of well over 50 million people as it beamed across Europe. The roaring success of the show had the TEN heading back to Europe for a 52 city tour early this year.
