Given his success collaborating with Burt Bacharach penning the likes of “Wishin’ and Hopin’,” “What the World Needs Now Is Love,” ” Raindrops Are Falling On My Head,” ” Close To You” and “Alfie,” a magnificent career was clear. But his song list extends far beyond this work. Add “Magic Moments,” “To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before,” “Broken Hearted Melody” and “One Less Bell to Answer” and you begin to appreciate the range he covered.
