Palace Theatre's Wine Tasting and Auction Event Closes Hanover Street Today
On May 30th the Palace Theatre will host its 6th Annual Palace Theatre Wine Tasting and Auction Event, presented by Centrix Bank in partnership with the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets.
The fundraiser will take place under the "Big White Tent" on Hanover Street, directly in front of the historic theatre today, May 30, 2013 at 5:30 pm. Hanover Street will be closed to traffic beginning at 6:00 am on Thursday, May 30th through noon on Friday, May 31st from Chestnut Street to Elm Street.
The event will feature an opportunity to sample and discover wines from 12 select wine vendors and hors d'oeuvres from more than 12 local restaurants. All proceeds from the ticket donations will benefit the historic Palace Theatre. For tickets or additional details call the Palace Theatre box office at (603)668-5588. Ticket donation is $35 in advance and $40 at the door, space permitting.
