WISTA will present BEELINE TO BROADWAY this weekend, May 29 and May 30, 2015 at Church of the Resurrection Valois. BEELINE TO BROADWAY will feature over 20 acts from popular Broadway shows such as HAIRSPRAY, RENT, JERSEY BOYS, WICKED, LES MISERABLES, and much more and will include many WISTA classics along with several brand new numbers.

"WISTA aims to give our members as many performance opportunities as possible. Due to the minimal costume and set requirements, smaller scale shows are a great segue between our full book musical productions each season. What's amazing about "Beeline to Broadway" is that it gives many performers a chance to shine and show off their amazing talent, while giving the audience a chance to experience many different Broadway shows all wrapped up in one musical, fun-filled evening!" says Chelsea Bayer, Vice President of WISTA and Vocal director for Beeline to Broadway.

The cast of BEELINE TO BROADWAY includes Julianna Astorino, Joel Bernstein, Chelsea Bayer, Micaela Bianchini, Jamie Borenstein-Laurie, Emily Brayton, Evan Brown, Ally Brumer, Morgan Burke, Amanda Coochey, Ashley Frankel, Nick Gallant, Bryan Libero, Ian MacLaren, Melissa Mazzanti, Angela Marino, Nevada McEniry-Hatajlo, Kyanna Mondezie, Matthew Rubinovitch, Veronica Schnitzer, Phil Silverstein, Katja Teixeira, Corina Vincelli, Lysa Wolfe, Kira Yep-Touyaman

Along with Bayer, the creative team includes Assistant Vocal Director Phil Silverstein, Choreographer Ashley Frankel, Assistant Choreographer Alexandre Iannuzzi, Stage Manager Ally Brumer and Sound Technician Claude Despatie.

WISTA is a non-profit theatre company founded in December 2006 as a way to allow post-secondary students to interact and perform in the wonderful world of musical theatre. It is an educational theatre company with dedicated volunteers and members, all with more than a passing interest in musical theatre. Member of the Quebec Drama Federation (QDF).
