Barnston West, QC -- Following last summer's 10-year anniversary blowout, ShazamFest is more eager than ever to kick off a second decade of international-caliber fanfare! Set in the pristine surroundings of Founder/Director Ziv Przytyk's multi-generational organic farm, this year's 11th edition (July 14 to 17, 2016) promises to propel ShazamFest into a new era of countryside entertainment, with an eclectic lineup of musical performances, artistic showcases and athletic demonstrations that embody the whimsical spirit at the heart of the festival.

This year's schedule is almost complete, including musical acts by Montreal one-man band sensation Bloodshot Bill, beloved Sherbrooke rocker Tim Brink, who duked it out this past season on TVA's francophone version of The Voice, Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra's singular blend of Afro-Columbian melodies and Gypsy rhythms, and the sexy stylings of glamabilly duo Les Deuxluxes, alongside a slew of familiar names and exhilarating discoveries! The Blue Mushroom Sirkus Psyshow is back by popular demand with their unique circus freak spin, premiere laughologist Albert Nerenberg returns to mesmerize audiences with his new Hypnotic Bar project and the Académie de Lutte Estrienne revisits with ringside wrestling spectaculars! Stay up-to-date on the fest's site for the complete ShazamFest XI program.

On-site camping remains free and beloved staples (such as the Shazam Olympics, skateboarding showcases, riverside yoga and massage, workshops by Clowns Without Borders and others, an artisan market, local organic food vendors and beers by Beau's All Natural Brewing Co.) return to round-out Shazam's diverse festivities!

The festival's underlying commitment to social responsibility also extends into its second decade with continued green initiatives via various zero-waste ventures and incentives to festival-goers arriving by bicycle, and through a new commitment to the region's recently-arrived Syrian refugees by offering them complimentary weekend passes.

Celebrate a new decade of unforgettable ShazamFest adventures by securing early-bird rates now!
