Berdahl as the intrepid hero Richard Hannay; Sarah Agnew as both Annabella Schmidt, a beautiful spy with a deadly secret, and Pamela, Hannay's reluctant sidekick and love interest; and Jim Lichtscheidl and Luverne Seifert, two of Minnesota's greatest comedic actors as more than 150 characters, putting their many skills to the test. Joel Sass (9 Parts of Desire, Pericles) directs the production City Pages calls "a pure delight!"The 39 Steps continues performances at the Guthrie Theater through December 26.
