Loudmouth Collective to Present A BRIGHT NEW BOISE in January
By: Tyler Peterson
In the bleak, corporate break room of a craft store in Idaho, someone is summoning The Rapture. Will, a disgraced Evangelical who has fled his rural hometown, joins the ranks of the blue-vested employees, a comedic set of misfits struggling to find their way. This dark comedy about faith, family and the importance of making human connections won the 2011 OBIE Award for Playwriting.
Loudmouth Collective closes its third season at their artistic home away from home; Open Eye FigureTheatre. Loudmouth Collective is an artist-centric company, bringing solo & small ensemble shows to
audiences eager for unfiltered, succinct, & ballsy performances. A Bight New Boise features Zach
Garcia, Anna Hickey, Spencer Harrison Levin, Adam Whisner and Karen Wiese-Thompson.
