First Stage concludes its 24th season with an up-beat musical adaptation of MISS NELSON IS MISSING!, opening on Friday, April 29, 7:00 p.m. at the Todd Wehr Theater in the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. An Opening Night Reception will take place at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, located at 325 W. Walnut Street immediately following the performance. Patrons are invited to meet the cast and crew of MISS NELSON IS MISSING! while enjoying light refreshments.
MISS NELSON IS MISSING specials include a $20 gift certificate for Rainbow Booksellers to randomly selected patrons during opening weekend performances, April 29-May1, and the chance for moms to win a bouquet of flowers and spa gift certificates during Mother's Day weekend performances, May 7-8.

As they unravel the mystery, they realize how much they have taken Miss Nelson for granted. "We learn that teachers matter, and how we treat each other matters. MISS NELSON IS MISSING! explores these lessons with the help of catchy music, dance, and lots of quirky characters. It's an infectiously fun and satisfying story," said Molly Rhode, the director and choreographer of this production. Recommended for audiences ages three and up.
