A.C.T. recognizes LGBTQ Pride Month with "Stop Kiss" by Diana Son at A.C.T. Studio Theatre

A.C.T. Studio Theatre is pleased to recognize LGBTQ Pride Month with the award winning play, Diana Sons Stop Kiss. To love is to declare oneself, and Stop Kiss should speak to anyone who has had to search deep within to find the strength and conviction to join hands with another. The play offers tender but also humorous rewards as Callie confronts a range of emotions while Sara lies in the hospital. "There's so much that is vital and exciting about Stop Kiss . . . You will be charmed by its heartfelt characters and up-to-the-minute humor," wrote the NY Daily News. Director Stuart Mohr adds, Telling this story out of sequence became the most rewarding challenge for myself and the actors. Being able to find that through-line from before and after the incident when switching back and forthall while maintaining the rollercoaster of emotionsshould leave the audience enthralled.Starring Caroline Crain, Becca Roy, Collin Salvator, David Pierce, Meredith Osborn, and Ralph Torres, Stop Kiss will be on stage at A.C.T.
