YOUTHFUL MUSICAL ADVENTURES at Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra

German-Japanese conductor Jun Märkl brings us a lively programme of vernal works. We begin with Caplet’s colourful orchestration of Debussy’s Children’s Corner and then, Beethoven’s youthful Piano Concerto No. 1. The MPO will also perform Strauss’ masterpiece Don Juan, which paints the vivid story of a philanderer. This will be followed by Strauss’ mischievous hero and prankster Till Eulenspiegel.
