Theatre of NOTE Presents A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL, 11/30

Theatre of NOTE caps off its 2012 season and the theatre's 30th Anniversary celebration with the 10th Anniversary production of A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL, written by Bill Robens and directed by Alina Phelan.  A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL tells the story of the birth of Los Angeles by  casting water baron William Mulholland in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in a California-set Christmas Carol.  A musical rendition of the LA water wars with Owens Valley that mixes harmonies, history and humor, this production will provide an acoustical, bluegrass take on the music.  Theatre of NOTE presented the world premiere of A Mulholland Christmas Carol in 2001 and it quickly became a LA theatre fan favorite. 
 
A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL will  have two special performances, sponsored by the Metabolic Studios and hosted by the Friends of Inyo, at Bishop Union High School, 301 North Fowler Street, Bishop, CA 93514 on Saturday, November 17th at 8 pm, and a Sunday matinee November 18th at 2 pm.   NOTE's run will preview  on Wednesday,  November 28th and Thursday, November 29th, and will open on Friday, November 30th at 8pm and run through Sunday, December 23rd at Theatre of NOTE, 1517 N. Cahuenga Blvd. (just north of Sunset) in Hollywood.
 
A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL will have two special performances, hosted by Friends of the Inyo through the generosity of the Metabolic Studio in Los Angeles.  These performances will be at Bishop Union High School, 301 North Fowler Street, Bishop, CA 93514   Ticket prices for these performances will be $10 general admission and $5 for students and seniors.
A MULHOLLAND CHRISTMAS CAROL's run, at Theatre of NOTE, will preview on Wednesday, November 27thand Thursday, November 28th at 8pm and will open on Friday, November 30th at 8pm and run through Sunday, December 23th at Theatre of NOTE, 1517 N. Cahuenga Blvd (just north of Sunset) in Hollywood.
 
Performances are Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 7pm, with one 2pm matinee on Sunday, December 23rd..  Ticket prices are $30; students & seniors $25.
