The Grove Theatre Presents MARY POPPINS

By:

The Grove Theatre announces the opening of Mary Poppins, which is running on weekends from May 1st through May 17th. Based on the stories of P.L. Travers and the beloved Disney film, the hit Broadway musical adaptation of Mary Poppins comes to The Grove with a heartwarming score, spoonfuls of imagination and a flying nanny who is practically perfect in every way. Your entire family will love the unforgettable songs from the popular Disney film as "Spoonful of Sugar," "Chim Chim Cher-ee" and "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." Mary Poppins was co-created by acclaimed British producer Cameron Mackintosh (Oliver!) and features music and lyrics by the legendary Sherman brothers, George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, with a book by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey).

Join us for the magic of Mary Poppins and learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "anything can happen if you let it."

Tickets are $20 and $25 with senior, student and group discounts, and can be purchased by calling (909) 920-4343, on the Grove website at www.grovetheatre.com, or by visiting The Grove box office. The Grove Theatre is located at 276 E. Ninth Street, Upland, CA 91786.
