Legendary songwriter (and co-writer of "The Color Purple") Allee Willis will be appearing at El Portal Theatre on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. This will mark Allee's first live theatre performance in 37 years - although she's sold over 50 million records since the last time she was on stage. In 1974, Allee Willis walked off stage in the middle of her own show. Now she's finally coming back!
