Stage and screen star Sally Struthers is set to direct and star in 3D Theatricals' Always Patsy Cline. The production will open July 15 and run through July 31. Struthers will play Louise Seger, and Christa Jackson will staras Patsy.

Struthers' Broadway credits include: GREASE, ANNIE, THE ODD COUPLE. At Ogunquit Playhouse she has starred in Hello Dolly (2006), The Full Monty (2007), and Fiddler on the Roof (2008). She is perhaps best known for her roles as Gloria Bunker Stivic on All in the Family, for which she won two Emmy awards, and as Babette on Gilmore Girls.

More than just a tribute to the late legendary country singer, this Off-Broadway musical recounts Cline's true friendship with a fan from Houston, Louise Seger, whom she befriended at a Texas honky tonk and remained pen pals with until her untimely death. Based on a true story, this tribute stands as a tribute to the legendary country singer who died in a plane crash in 1963 at the young age of 30. The musical centers on Patsy's friendship with Louise Seger, a Houston fan who befriended the star in a Texas honky-tonk in 1961. The title comes from the closing in all of Patsy's letters to Louise - "Love always, Patsy Cline." Complete with humor and true emotion, this 1960s tribute includes many of Patsy's unforgettable hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Walking After Midnight.
