Theatre of NOTE presents the West Coast premiere of A Beautiful Day in November on the Banks of the Greatest of the Great Lakes, written by Kate Benson and directed by Laramie Dennis. The show opened last night, November 10, and will run through Saturday, December 10 at Theatre of NOTE, 1517 N Cahuenga Blvd (just north of Sunset) in Hollywood. A Beautiful Day in November on the Banks of the Greatest of the Great Lakes opens as three middle-aged sisters prepare an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner for the whole clan - including a nearly deaf grandpa, a mostly blind grandma, and a pair of professional sportscasters - in this upside-down, inside-out American family play.
A Beautiful Day in November on the Banks of the Greatest of the Great Lakes is a dark comedy that takes place around a holiday meal surrounded by family, a tasty bird, perfect gravy, plus color commentary. What could go wrong?

A Beautiful Day in November on the Banks of the Greatest of the Great Lakes features the design talents of an impressive array of Los Angeles-area designers including Set Designer Morgan Lindsey Price, Lighting Designer Karyn Lawrence, Sound Designer Marc Antonio Pritchett, and Costume Designer Jenny Foldenauer. The production is stage managed by Aaron Saldana.
