Perrine Productions, announced that season 2 of the anticipated original comedic web series, FUNNY MARRIED STUFF, is set to debut June 5, 2018. The upcoming season of this comedy will feature eight short form episodes uploaded weekly on Facebook (www.facebook.com/FunnyMarriedStuff ).

The season 2 trailer was released May 22 on Facebook to give the world a glimpse of what's to come this season.

Husband and wife team, Peyton and Lony'e Perrine, originally created Funny Married Stuff as a way to promote positive, fun and real images of marriage. They were tired of seeing negative depictions of marriage, especially black marriages, in the media and wanted to help change this narrative.

"We want to show real couples working out real situations in marriage. Regardless of situations being big or small marriage is hard work and we wanted to show a glimpse of the work it takes. Then step back and laugh at these situations cause what goes down in a marriage is hilarious!", states Lony'e.

"We understand that every marriage doesn't look like ours so we wanted to explore what marriage looks like when you are in your 60's or if you are in an interracial relationship, for instance. And we also wanted to explore the journey of dating and looking for the one", states Peyton.

The original cast members are back to bring these funny, yet real situations to life! Lony'e Perrine (Criminal Minds, Rosewood), Peyton Perrine II, Nika King (Green Leaf, Two Broke Girls, Terrence Howard's Fright Club), Natalie Taylor, Dennis Larios, Iris Little Thomas (Law & Order, Malcolm X) and Ellis Williams (The Hughley's, Seinfeld). Plus some hilarious guest stars join this season such as Clayton Thomas (Family Time, Modern Family), Tanjareen Thomas (Family Time, Famous In Love), Celeste Den (The Blacklist, Homeland), and Terrence Delane (Hart of the City) to name a few.

Funny Married Stuff is a comedy loosely based on the lives of Lony'e and Peyton and their friends as they navigate through life's challenges together.

The series started as a grassroots campaign to promote positivity in marriage and grew into a loyal fan base wanting more content. So much so, the fans of the show funded a successful Kickstarter campaign enabling Perrine Productions to shoot a bigger and better season 2. This season they added to their writing team (Lia Martin & Nika King), grew their production team, and brought back director Roger Melvin (He's Mine Not Yours, Not 4 Sale) to bring these stories to life!

In season 2 you will see topics related to personal space, secrets, erectile dysfunction, married life vs. single life, divorce, therapy, friendship and more.
