Odyssey Theatre Announces ARSENIC AND OLD LACE
![]()
A revival of Joseph Kesserling's infectiously funny black comedy about two little-old-lady aunts who see killing as an act of charity. Good, macabre fun!
Aug. 26 thru Oct. 8; Odyssey Theatre, 2055 S. Sepulveda Blvd., West Los Angeles, 90025; Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm with three additional weeknight performances on Wednesday, Sept.13; Thursday, Sept. 28; and Thursday, Oct. 5, all at 8 p.m.
For reservations and information, call (310) 477-2055 or go to OdysseyTheatre.com.
Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's mission remains firm: the creation of new work, the revitalization and re-exploration of classical material, consistent experimentation with the most current developments at the forefront of the "state of the art" in the international theatre world, ongoing investigation of the "process" of creating theatre, and continuing development of new acting, directing, and writing talent. Ultimately, the institution moves toward the creation of a larger International Experimental Theatre Center, facilitating the cross-pollination of artists from different countries, cultures and disciplines, and the exposure of this collaborative work to the Southern California audience.
