In Pizza and Whine, after the heart-wrenching loss of their matriarch grandmother, cousins Millie, Stephanie, Jennifer, and Natalie find themselves at Emily's West 55th Manhattan apartment. After not seeing each other in a year, the girls have come together to rehearse to sing at the funeral. Over pizza and wine, they share secrets and discuss the challenges they face - everything from careers, money, relationships, autonomy, to self-image.

"My daughter Raffaela, niece Veronica and I began the journey of creating Pizza and Whine after the loss of my mother and their grandmother, Millie. Over Italian spaghetti and meatballs (a lot of Cappricielli power meetings happen over food), the original play was born. The execution of this endeavor is NOT without the support of my dad, Tom D'Agostino, the heart and soul of my mom, the musical score by my cousin Jennifer, and the generosity and love of my sisters, JoAnna and Carmela and our family and friends."

The creative team includes stage manager / costumer Mel Newman, stage manager / sponsorship coordinator JoAnna Kelly, sound design and music by Jennifer Aurelia, publicist David Roberson, executive producer Thomas J. D'Agostino, and production coordinator Marisol Diaz.
