As we celebrate Thanksgiving and move toward the end of November, I trust you will want to plan on availing yourself of at least one or two of the theatre and live performance productions currently (or soon to be) playing at one of our several live entertainment venues here on the California Central Coast!

Sorcerer Productions (https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Sorcerer-Productions/105954829426281) will present Plaid Tidings through December 18 in the Clark Center Studio Theatre in Arroyo Grande.

The Plaids return, tied up in a nifty package with a big Christmas bow on top!  Filled with Christmas standards that have all been “Plaid-erized,” the boys return to earth once again from the afterlife to do their Christmas Special.  At first they’re not sure why they’ve returned, but a phone call from the heavenly Rosemary Clooney lets them know that they’re needed to put a little harmony into a discordant world [PHOTO: back L-R - Cody Pettit, Scott Nelson; front L-R - Mark Rohner, Christian Clarno].

Other upcoming performances at the Clark Center (www.clarkcenter.org) include Everybody can DANCE and the Santa Maria Civic Ballet's The Nutcracker November 26 & 27, Coastal Chamber Youth Ballet’s Babes in Toyland on December 3, and internationally acclaimed Nipomo High School Drama Department’s production of 42nd Street December 8-10.
