Fringe Hit ANDY: THE RED-NOSED WARHOLA Returns to LA
After a successful run in the Hollywood Fringe Festival, Andy: The Red-nosed Warhola, compiled and directed by Ezra Buzzington, has been brought back for five performances beginning on September 9th at LA-LA Land Gallery - 6450 Santa Monica Boulevard, Hollywood, CA 90038.
Andy: The Red-nosed Warhola features Krista Conti as Beauty One, Kara Emry as Andy, Will McMichael as Beauty Two. It also features Miles Berman as Male Superstar, Lana Rae Jarvis as Female Superstar and Doreen Lee Jones as Superstar Understudy.
Andy: The Red-nosed Warhola examines the depth of shallowness through the words of Andy Warhol himself. Compiled from the writings of the artist, this 35 minute, live museum piece? engages the audience by exemplifying the je ne sais quoi of the Warhol mystique. Love, Money, Art, Beauty, Sex and other topics are discussed rapidly and humorously by Andy and two of his infamous "Beauties".
Andy: The Red-nosed Warhola has made appearances at the Seattle Fringe Festival, Todo Con Nada in New York City, The Edge of the World Festival in Los Angeles and the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
