Boutsikaris Completes CALIFORNIA SUITE Cast for LATW

Dennis Boutsikaris is set for the L.A. Theatre Works production of Neil Simon's California Suite. Other members of the cast include Bruce Davison, Marsha Mason and Amy Pietz. The five performances, are a part of their 'The Play's The Thing' series, and will be recorded in front of a live audience to air on LATW's syndicated radio theater series, which broadcasts weekly on public radio stations nationwide and can be streamed on demand at www.latw.org.  The production is to be directed by Gwenn Victor and produced by Susan Albert Loewenberg. 

Performances take place February 17th - 19th at 8PM, February 20th at 2:30PM and February 21st at 4PM at the Skirball Cultural Center.  Tickets are $20-48 and can be purchased by calling (310) 827-0889 or by visiting www.latw.org.

Simon's play revolves around four couples, from London, Philadelphia, Chicago and New York, who travel to California at different times during the same year - each occupying the same Beverly Hills hotel suite, to which they bring their problems, anxieties and comic marital dilemmas.

The Play's The Thing is also accessible for streaming on the Internet at www.kpcc.org and www.kpfa.org, and is available for digital download at www.audible.com and www.mediabay.com. All productions become part of LATW's extensive Audio Theatre Collection, which can be purchased in bookstores, through our catalogue and on the internet by individuals, schools, universities, and libraries nationwide. LATW's radio theater series can be heard locally in Southern California on 89.3 KPCC every Saturday from 10 pm to midnight, and can also be streamed on demand at http://www.latw.org/. L.A.
