A Fluid Movement Shakespeare Troupe brings one of the Bard's best loved and most produced works, MACBETH, to The Annenberg Theater for three performances, April 20 – 22. This is the fist time in years that The Annenberg Theatre, uniquely located within The Palm Springs Art Museum, has played home to Shakespeare. Theater Manager Dave Simpson says "the museum believes Shakespeare and the classics are well suited to a museum theater and we are very interested in seeing how the public responds to classical theatre on our stage." 

A Fluid Movement is a grass-roots professional repertory Shakespeare company, bringing both the classics and innovative Contemporary Theatre to The Coachella Valley. In addition to theatrical performances, the troupe presents a strong educational outreach program for the community

Macbeth is the ultimate tale of ruthless ambition & emotional manipulaton. Directed by Kyle A. Lanterman, this unique production of the classic Scottish Tale of an honorable man corrupted by a dark prophecy and the promise of power, merges tradition & innovation through the use of black light make up & special effects to bring the supernatural world to life.

The cast includes Adam Gainey as Macbeth, Charlie E. Parker as Lady Macbeth and features Tres Dean,, Noemi Villea-Dean, Jennifer Bennett, Jennifer Cameron Weir as Macduff & Dan Graff. 

The show runs for one weekend beginning April 20th at 8 pm, with additional performances on April 21 and 22 at 2 pm. Tickets are $15, $25 & $35. and can be purchased at The Annenberg Box Office at 760-325-4490 or at www.psmuseum.org
