Additional Performers Forecast For (mostly)musicals' CLIMATE CHANGE Monday Night At Vitello's
(mostly)musicals returns to Upstairs at Vitello's on Monday, 5.28.18 with a night of songs about the weather that will blow you away!
Star of Broadway and film Michael-Leon Wooley (B'way: Audrey 2 in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, film: THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG, DREAMGIRLS) and Broadway vet and recording artist Rhett George (B'way: WICKED, SWEET CHARITY, MEMPHIS; "So You Think You Can Dance" featured song "Butterfly") join the roster for CLIMATE CHANGE, the 28th production from (mostly)musicals.
Also storming the stage on Memorial Day are Parissa Koo (FTR: THE BRAT PACK), Nic Hodges (3D's JOSEPH and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND), and a special performance from the cast of Actors Co-op Theatre's production of VIOLET. They'll join special guest music director Jake Anthony (WANTING MISS JULIE, LA premiere of THE VIEW UPSTAIRS) who will heat up the room with a tornado of talent featuring some of LA's favorite performers, including: Tony nominee Sharon McNight (STARMITES), Amanda Kruger (UMPO: JURASSIC PARK), Ashley Ruth Jones (42ND STREET at PVPA), Cassandra Nuss (FIRST DATE at San Diego Music Theatre, THE CRAFTLESQUE at HFF18), David Crane (PRINCE OF EGYPT, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley), Dedrick Bonner (SPAMILTON), Jeffrey Polk (B'way: 5 GUYS NAMED MOE), Kelley Dorney (MTW's NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT), singer/songwriter Kristy Hanson, and more! They'll perform songs from pop, jazz, and country... but (mostly)musicals! And if YOU want to STORM the stage, you'll have your chance at the open mic afterparty hosted by Emily Clark (RUNAWAY CLONE at HFF18) and Mark Jacobson (TRUMP FAMILY SPECIAL)! Come early to enjoy Vitello's great food and drinks - and, of course, there will be party favors!
