By:
Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce its KIDS SCHOOL VACATION THEATER CAMP February 16-20 at Bay Street Theater. The camp is for ages 8-12 and runs 9 am to 3 pm each day of the weeklong camp. Class size is limited and always sells out. The cost is $385 for the week per child.

The five day camp will be led by Bethany Dellapolla and include instruction in acting, singing, dance, performance, and more. In addition, there are fun, creative theater games and improv to help develop skills and to encourage students to stretch their abilities as young actors. Students will learn standard songs and choreography, and are also encouraged to create their own original work. The camp ends in a performance at the theater for friends and family.

Bethany Dellapolla received her BA in both Theatre Performance and Radio/Television Production from SUNY New Paltz, and continues to study her craft through such programs as Straeon Acting Studios (NYC - Film and Television), Linda Strasser Studios (Voice - Legit and Belt), and Broadway Dance Center (NYC- Tap). She also received her Master's Degree in Childhood Education from Long Island University and teaches, choreographs, and directs various theater camps, productions, and classes throughout the island and Manhattan! Regional and NYC Acting Credits include: Love, Loss, and What I Wore (Women E - BroadwayWorld.com Best Actress in a Play Nominee), The Graduate (Elaine Robinson), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive Ostrovsky), Cabaret (Frenchie/Lady #2), The Laramie Project (Romaine, et al), Company (Jenny), Ruthless!
