Vegas Comedian And Hypnotist Don Barnhart's New Book Nominated For Multiple Awards

When he's not performing nightly at Jokesters, comedian Don Barnhart is busy writing, acting, producing and directing and his two books have been nominated for an Author Academy Award.

Named "One of the best" by the Las Vegas Review Journal, one of the "Best New Shows Of 2017" by Vegas.com and "Best Comedy Club for 2017" by Casino Player Magazine, comedian Don Barnhart performs nightly at Jokesters Comedy Club and his two books have been nominated for an award by the Author Academy.

Barnhart is up for two categories. His first book, Creating The Life You Desire is under the self-help teaching people how to take control of their life, break bad habits and create the life of their dreams. His 2nd book, Finding Your Funny is listed under the advice category where he shares his knowledge and experience about succeeding in the business of comedy.

The Author Academy Awards is an award bestowed for literary merit and publishing excellence in the writing and publishing industry. It's given annually by Author Academy Elite (AAE) and presented at the Author Academy Awards Ceremony. The various category winners are bestowed a special award, officially called the "Academy Boon of Merit."

The Author Academy Awards takes place on Oct. 26th, 2018 and the winner in each category gives an acceptance speech at the Award Ceremony. The winner in each category will also be invited to present their book synopsis at the Igniting Souls Conference main stage on the days immediately following Author Academy Awards in front of a global audience.

When he's not on tour, Barnhart teaches standup and improv at The Las Vegas Comedy Academy and can be seen performing nightly at Jokesters Comedy Club inside The D Hotel Casino. Barnhart is also a producer and performer for Jokesters TV, the new standup comedy show coming to nationwide syndication in February.

Barnhart can also been seen starring in the new web series, Class Clowns and the documentary I Am Battle Comic about the importance of entertaining the troops overseas.
