'Shear Madness' Begins Previews Dec. 25 in Las Vegas

Shear Madness, the side-splitting whodunit comedy, is getting ready to opens its doors to Las Vegas to bring in the new year with colorful style. The show will be holding previews starting December 25th at 7:00 pm and will kick off its run at Town Square with a special Press Openingon January 2nd at 7:00 pm.

Set in present-day Las Vegas, Shear Madness engages visitors and locals alike as armchair detectives to help solve the scissor-stabbing murder of a famed concert pianist who lives above the Shear Madness hairstyling salon. The show combines up-to-the-minute improvisational humor and a mixture of audience sleuthing to deliver a truly unique performance each night.

To celebrate the seven-year deal with Town Square, Shear Madness is offering guests a Bailout Plan of their own. For a limited time, the Shear Madness Holiday Bailout Plan offers guests two (2) Category 1 seats ($69.95 each), 2 Drinks of their choice, and a $25 gift card good towards drinks, merchandise, or additional ticket purchases. The package is only $99.99 plus tax and is a $175 value. Packages may be purchased until December 24, and are valid for any performance in 2009.

Featuring a cast of 6 Equity actors and direction by the show's creator, Bruce Jordan, Shear Madness will delight audiences with its upbeat and hysterical banter. SHOW SCHEDULE:

Previews of Shear Madness begin December 25, 2008. Press Opening Night is currently scheduled for January 2, 2009. The show will be performed Tuesday through Sunday at 7:00pm with matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday at 3:00pm. The show is Dark on Mondays.
