Original MTV VJs to Make Appearance at ROCK OF AGES at The Venetian, 7/22

On Saturday, July 20, the Original MTV VJs: Alan Hunter, Martha Quinn, Nina Blackwood and Mark Goodman are set to appear at The Venetian for a book signing. Their new book, "The Unplugged Adventures of MTV's First Wave," offers a behind-the-scenes history of the early years of MTV, 1981 to 1987, when it was exploding, reshaping the culture, and creating "the MTV generation." (Note: a limited supply of books will be available for purchase.)

The MTV stars will also be introducing the 7pm ROCK OF AGES show. Fitting to their fame, ROCK OF AGES is a "jukebox musical," featuring the best songs of the '80s set at the famed Bourbon Room of Sunset Strip.

The book signing is at 3-4:30pm at the entrance to ROCK OF AGES Theatre.
