In celebration of National Steakhouse Month, Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining at The Orleans Hotel and Casino and Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer flavorful weekly specials throughout the month of June. Weekly specials will feature mouthwatering signature cuts, delicious sides and an unforgettable châteaubriand dinner for two.
Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining will serve the following weekly selections:

Grass-fed ribeye steak served with Maytag bleu cheese and a choice of side; $43.
June 8 through June 14
Bone-in prime rib chops with grilled portobellini mushrooms and a choice of side; $65.
June 15 through June 21
Prime New York steak served with Madagascar peppercorn sauce and a choice of side; $43.
June 22 through June 30
Châteaubriand dinner for two served with béarnaise and bordelaise sauces, bouquetière of vegetables and croquette potatoes; $75.
Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining offers a classically modern take on the American steakhouse, serving specially-designed, hand-crafted cocktails as well as robust social hour and dinner menus, featuring Prime steaks, classic American entrees and an assortment of sharable dishes.
