Bistro 57 Hosts A Dining Experience Featuring Flavorful Liqueurs At Aliante

Bistro 57 at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will host an exquisite dining experience titled "A Cordial Affair," featuring six specially selected cordials paired with a delectable multi-course dinner menu.
The "A Cordial Affair" menu features the following selections: Negroni, CampariCheese charcuterie board Limoncello, Villa Massa
Granita ice Marsala, Florio
Lobster marsala and cauliflower frites Citrus, Fruit and Vanilla, Licor 43
Filet mignon and Licor 43-poivre sauce, sautéed spinach and parsley potatoes Hazelnut Liqueur, Nocello
Panettone (Italian fruitcake) with Nocello chocolate sauce To conclude the dinner, guests can enjoy Sambuca Romana, a unique blend of natural flavors and ingredients including anise, elderberries, sugar and a splash of its secret natural flavor formula. Bistro 57 is named after the 57th Wing of the United States Air Force, honoring the most diverse wing in the U.S. Air Force located at Nellis Air Force Base. The restaurant offers an innovative menu inspired by global cuisine and flavors from around the world, including creamy Moroccan hummus, flavorful Italian pastas and pizzas and savory Tuscan New York steak.
