After selling out 3 nights of MTH's A Night on the town with Les Lankhorst, the award-winning vocalist and tribute artist is bringing his acclaimed Holiday show to MTH's Stage Two for 3 nights this December. His new Holiday show, Les Lankhorst in A Crooner Christmas Sinatra Style, is a swingin' holiday show for the whole family. Les will be joined on stage by all-star musicians including KC legend Walter Bryant on keys. Lankhorst says 'this holiday show combines swinging standards, holiday favorites and my personal touch of humor into a hip, evening out for anyone who loves great music.'

Les got his professional start in Kansas City theatre and since has toured the country and the world performing his solo show Les Lankhorst in RED, HOT & SWING! Some of his favorite performance venues include the Las Brisas Resort on the cliffs of Acapulco, all of the major Cruise lines, and the renowned Blumenthal Theatre in Charlotte, NC where his show was nominated for 7 local Tony awards (MTA's), and won for Best Musical Direction. In addition to his work as a Headliner, he has gained critical acclaim performing as Frank Sinatra all over the world in various Rat Pack Tribute shows including The Rat Pack Live & Swinging in Branson, MO and the longest running Rat Pack show in the world, currently playing in Las Vegas, The Rat Pack is Back.

Les is originally from Salina, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. After his professional start in Kansas City theatre he moved to New York City where he was featured as the Pharaoh in the short-lived Off-Broadway musicalMoses, My Love. For two years Les was involved in the hit musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, starring as The Pharaoh at the Fireside Theatre in Wisconsin as well as with the national touring company of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Les has appeared in various film and television projects throughout the years including NBC's The Next Best Thing (as Frank Sinatra), Law & Order, The Rear Window (starring the late Christopher Reeves) and In & Out(starring Kevin Kline). But his favorite on camera experience was working alongside Robert Redford and James Gandolfini as Redford's bodyguard in the Dreamworks film, The Last Castle. Les recently released his first studio album in 7 years ? Love and Lullabies.
