Technical Theatre Director

Windermere Preparatory School in Windermere, Florida is seeking a Technical Theatre Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school's state-of-the-art 525-seat performing arts center, supporting an award-winning Fine Arts Department and regionally recognized theatre program, along with a wide range of performances, productions, and special events. This 12-month position collaborates with faculty, students, and administrators to provide professional-level technical production, facility management, and event support while mentoring students in all aspects of technical theatre. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a minimum of bachelor's degree and at least three years of technical theatre experience who is passionate about educational theatre and committed to fostering creativity, safety, and excellence in a dynamic, excellence in educational theatre.
