Production Assistants Needed

A boutique New York-based PR and Marketing firm specializing in entertainment publicity, working primarily with off-Broadway theater. We're looking for a part-time Production Assistant to support our team across a mix of hands-on tasks.

What You'll Do
Post and update listings across platforms
Join street team efforts: flyering, postering, and general grassroots promotion around NYC
Help staff and run events — load-in, check-in, setup/breakdown, and general on-site support
Assist with day-to-day administrative and production tasks as needed
Support the team wherever an extra set of hands is useful, from press events to client activations

Who You Are
Reliable, organized, and comfortable wearing different hats
Available for occasional evenings/weekends when events require it
Based in or around NYC, comfortable getting around the city
Interested in theater, film, or the arts a plus, but not required
Good communicator, shows up on time, follows through
