Audio/ Video Technician - The Maltz Jupiter Theatre

This position supports both the audio and lighting/projection teams for Maltz Jupiter Theatre season productions on both our Main Stage and the 198 seat Island Theatre. This role requires knowledge and practical experience in Theatrical sound, lighting, and projection equipment and creative problem solving. In addition to supporting the audio and lighting teams, this position will operate sound or light consoles for productions and limited engagements during the upcoming season.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with operation of sound reinforcement systems, lighting and projection equipment and some experience with troubleshooting this equipment. This position reports to the Manager of the Island Theatre but will work closely with the Lighting Supervisor and Audio Engineer. This position often works nights and weekends. This is a full time, seasonal (9 month) contract with a generous benefits package. Salary $950/week. Start date: mid-August.
