Job Overview

Join Luna Stage, a small yet fierce professional theatre company founded in 1992 in Montclair, NJ, and operating since 2010 in West Orange, NJ. This is a volunteer position.



Responsibilities and Duties

Curate and create exciting visuals. Design playbills, print ads, flyers, posters, promo emails, online banners, and other marketing and advertising collateral.

Help design and maintain marketing channels including website and social channels.

Learn to use software and tools to support marketing and operations.

Collaborate with Communications Director.

Work closely with a phenomenal team with direct access to Managing and Artistic Directors, as part of a cohort of dedicated staff and volunteers!

Qualifications

Knowledge of and subscription to design software (Luna does not currently maintain a license to a design program).

Highly organized, team player, communicative, empathetic, calm under pressure.

Fluent English.

Passion for performing arts a plus.

Job Details

8-15 hours per week (2-3 days/week), depending on availability, skills, and interests.

Flexible work schedule.

This position is unpaid.

Comps to Luna Stage performances and free tuition for classes and camps for your family (based on availability).
