Associate, Advancement Services Analytics - The Public Theater

LISTING INFORMATION

The Public Theater seeks an Associate, Advancement Services Analytics to join the team. As an Associate, you will support the Assistant Director, Advancement Services, by providing maintenance, list and extraction management, customizations, and documentation for Tessitura, the CRM database at The Public Theater. This position is part of the Advancement Services team and reports to the Assistant Director, Advancement Services. We are looking for a problem-solver interested in devising creative database solutions to enhance productivity.

The purpose of this function is to confirm business processes and data hygiene are maintained and accurate in Tessitura.



Responsibilities:

Work with Assistant Director, Advancement Services to leverage existing Tessitura functionality to serve stakeholder needs.

Maintain database integrity and guarantee accurate departmental records by supporting data hygiene for input and export standards.

Execute department list pulls as needed, including but not limited to event invitations, standard communications, acquisition campaigns, and analysis needs.

Promptly review and respond to department support tickets relating to the Tessitura database, ticketing, and third-party products, exhibiting patience while working to find solutions.

Assist in improving database integrity by creating, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that will ensure the stability of the database, the security of customer data, data cleanliness, and efficient operations.

Create and maintain well-written documentation for internal processes and standard operating procedures.

Participate in required system upgrades, act as a user advocate, and assist with testing and training on new features.

Assist in onboarding new staff members with training of database operation standards.

Assist in mass data update needs to donor records.

Provide support in testing online behavior with the web development team.

Act as backup gift processor and pull acknowledgements when needed.

Aid with providing support with offer and performance set up, daily maintenance of performances and task related processes.

Assist special events team with ticketing for donor events.

Create and establish standardized dashboards to support Marketing and Development analysis needs.

Support Advancement Services team with project management tracking and tools.

Additional ad hoc data analysis, report pulling, querying, and troubleshooting as required.

Collaborate with third-party vendors to support business processes and functionality.



Requirements:

Experience with fundraising database software required; Tessitura experience is strongly preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Suite, and advanced Excel knowledge.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Ability to be involved in multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality service.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Ability to document technical processes for department reference.

Liaison closely with the third party and outside vendors.

Must possess strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.



This is a non-exempt full-time position, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act with an annual salary of $46,000. The position is available immediately.
