Associate Project Manager - Tinc Productions

Tinc Productions, an event and theatrical production management company based in New York City, is seeking a full-time Associate Project Manager in Orlando, Florida. In-person interviews will be conducted the week of May 15, 2023.



Job Requirements



- Be Tinc’s production department representative when the Project Manager and Crew Head are off-site

- Coordinate communications across clients, sub-contractors, and primary site owners

- Attend and participate in site surveys and production meetings

- Assist in maintaining project paperwork

- Collect and organize receipts, shipping confirmations, delivery receipts, and invoices from the project manager and department heads

- Provide all necessary information, receipts, timesheets, and labor adjustments to the internal Tinc Operations Team.

- Ensure that all productions follow technical guidelines and safety requirements and maintain all necessary documentation for each production (flame certs, etc.) as set by Tinc Productions

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the “SDS Book”, which should include MSDS sheets, flame certifications, and on-site permits

- Book and support employees and staff on various calls while considering their particular skills and the team dynamic that we are creating onsite.

- Assist in maintaining all venue rules and regulations designated by the venue or client

- Research and gather information as needed to coordinate and schedule project logistics

- Provide off-site support (ie: running errands)

- Perform Authorized Driver duties (ie: shuttle van, box truck, etc)

- Other tasks as assigned

- Must have OSHA 10 General Construction Certification



General Duties



- As a member of the Tinc Management Team, you may be called to assist, provide opinions, or provide services to specific Tinc projects as needed. These should not take focus away from your primary duties

- Ensure that safety procedures are being upheld across all departments and that our employees and non-employee staff maintain a positive and healthy working environment

- Keep all work environments organized and tidy.

- Represent Tinc’s Culture in all interactions

- Take into account the long-term health of Tinc and our clients in all decision-making

- Provide support and feedback to other managers and staff as needed

- Train new team members in Tinc’s procedures, processes, and systems

- Contribute to the growth and development of Tinc Productions procedures, processes and systems

- Ask questions when you are unsure

- Physical activities including but not limited to standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and using stairs



Wages and Benefits



-Full-time position.

-W2 Employees, all appropriate taxes withheld. Paid weekly on Fridays. Direct Deposit available.

-Pay rate for Associate Project Manager is $25.00 – 28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
