Oscar De Summa, a young rising artist tests himself with the direction of Amleto a pranzo e a cena, a light and funny performance created with the intent of engaging theatre with a larger audience.
As it happened in the Commedia dell'arte actors decide right then and there what to perform, a simple sleight of hand (as it can be derived from the title itself) which helps to explain how a performance is created, what is behind what seems to be pure creativity. Human relationships are expressed with the roles of actors, all to reveal how much truth and fiction are two sides of the same coin and the dimensions of reality and theatre constantly intertwine.
