The Musical ANNIE Returns to Israel

The musical "Annie", which recently celebrated its 40th birthday and has been produced thousands of times appearing in hundreds of countries all over the world, returns to Israel produced by Maor Maimon and directed by Tzedi Tzarfati!

Tali Oren will play the director of the wicked orphanage and Lia Shaked and Shay Harel will alternate playing the role of Annie.

Avi Kushnir, Hani Nahmias, Roy Weinberg, Yarden Spati and Marina Feingold will also play in the musical.

Tzedi Tzarfati, the director of the musical, told us that he saw the musical thirty-five years ago on Broadway and described the excitement and chills he had in the song "Tomorrow." "I brought this song into festivals and performances as much as I could. There is a lot of optimism, love and honesty in this song" says Tzarfati. "I want people in the audience to believe in the statement 'If a door does not open, you will go through the window.' I want to bring optimism to people in the audience."

The Musical ANNIE Returns to Israel

In conclusion: This musical appears to be both passionately directed and passionately acted. The two actresses who play Annie each take on the role full-force, playing it in their own unique way. I have no doubt that this is another big hit from Maor Maimon.
